Mark was great. Didn't pressure me to buy. The bed brilliant brilliant and so comfortable, it looks good too. The delivery men even moved my old bed from my bedroom in my granny flat to my grandsons bedroom upstairs in my daughters house next door. I had three companies including Powernap out. None of them came close in any aspect of buying an adjustable bed. They also cut the length of the bed by 3 inches so it would fit the room where it wanted it. I'd recommend this company in a heart beat.

My partner is more than happy with her chair following her recent stroke. It was built exactly to her measurements and is a flat lift chair rather than one that tips her out. The 'fitting service' was comprehensive and the bespoke chair arrived more quickly than were led to believe initially. Although these chairs are not cheap Power nap were the least expensive quote we had. I would thoroughly recommend.

After the initial shock I did a comparison and realised it wasn't as bad as.i thought so decided to go ahead especially as the.man was.so charming and he came from Thirsk having had the.bed a few days it is one of the best things it is comfortable so much more room and I am glad we took the plunge

By the time we ordered our twin bed adjustable bed, I had been sleeping in a recling chair for 3 months since I had a stroke. The salesman, who visited, wasn't pushy, which we liked. It helped us make an instant decision, particularly when we heard, they would a) change the mattresses if we found we'd made the wrong choice and b) would give the bed a service after a year or so made us confident that Powernap were the company to go with. Added to that they bed was less than half the price of some we had been quoted for. Lots of companies wanted to upsell enhanced motors for weight in excess of 'standard. Powernap supply these 'uprated,' motors in with the price. The bed was made to our spec and delivered very quickly. It is incredibly comfortable and allows me to transfer my weight, when lying down, to my pelvis, which gives a sense of almost weightlessness My wife and I have never had so many lie- ins. We are both reluctant to get out of bed, at least until our dog, who also loves the bed,wants to go walkies! Want an adjustable bed. Search for Powernap. We are delighted with our bed. Recommended!

The quality of the products is second to none. I wasn't sold just any chair, it was made to measure and I was able to.pick a covering to match my colour scheme. There is a 5 year warranty, so peace of mind for that length of time.

We are very pleased with the reclining chair. It is very good quality. Mark was very accommodating and patient. Will definately use them again. It was difficult to get in the door as our doors are quite narrow. Anyone else would have not tried but mark patiently won in the end. Which we thank him for.

Excellent service, we have the double bed with our own control's, as I have suffered with a degenerative back problem and tried many mattresses, this is by far the best, no more piles of pillows, best nights sleep in a long time and no tossing and turning all night and woke up in a lot less pain and no neck ache, very happy with our purchase.

What a brilliant company to deal with! From the initial inquiry to the delivery was an absolute pleasure. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff gave me all the time and info I needed to make my decision and even followed up afterwards. As for the mattress, it's brilliant, I've never slept as well as I do on this one, having mobility issues. It's far superior to anything I've ever tried. I would heartily recommend it to anyone who really needs good sleep.

We purchase a 5ft dual bed two months Ago and we couldn’t be more happy with the product.
